This is my take on an effect that fooled Penn & Teller some time ago.

THE HYPNOSIS SYSTEM
“Make the Spectator forget”
A spectator signs a business card where a few signs/objects/suits/names/etc. are written. This Spectator must memorize their order .
The signed business card is given to another Spectator.
The performer suddenly “hypnotizes” the first Spectator .
The First Spectator must repeat what he saw on the business card but he will always forget one of the objects ! Much fun watching the reactions of the audience and of the “victim”!

THE DIE IS CAST
“Make the Spectator lose (or win) all the time”
The Performer gives a dice for examination.
 6 beer mats ( or business cards ,or papers...) are aligned ,number side up.
From now on, the Performer won't touch anything.
One spectator throws the dice and takes the corresponding number without looking on the back of the beer mat.Another Spectator does the same.
And so on,until only one beermat is left . This one will be the performer's one.
Each Spectator turns their beer mat over : they are all blank.
The Performer's mat is turned over by a Spectator : It is the only one that wins ! Can be immediately repeated and another number will win .

CHAIR'Z
“Make the Spectators sit where you want”
Three Spectators select a number 1, 2 or 3. Then, they select a chair after swapping with others as they want. They cannot seat on their initial chair.The prediction reveals their final choice.

SCAM ACAAN
“An ACAAN ...WITHOUT cards...but WITH a surprise ending !”
The Performer puts a prediction enveloppe on the table with a deck of cards .He will not touch them again .
He takes some bank notes and asks the Spectator to THINK of a SUIT , then a VALUE and finally of a NUMBER between 1 and 52.Each time, the Performer bets some money on the table and tries to guess the spectator's replies..
At the end, the Spectator opens the enveloppe and it contains the card and the number thought by the Spectator ! The card is also revealed in a surprising manner with the bills.
Optionnally, the deck is then counted and the card is found in the deck,again with a surprise !

HANDS OFF MY LADY
'Hands off and impromptu card monte(s)"
This effect is based on the classic « Find the Lady » plot. It can be done not only without touching the cards but also without looking, on the phone , remotely ,etc. Can be done with 3,4 or 5 cards.

« Actually my name is … , I am a Performer »
«  Do you want to try a weird experiment ? Imagine you are the waiter and I am the customer ! I want all of you to guess what would be my order ! »

ELIMINATION
"A card prediction without cards"
A card is freely chosen by eliminating 51 virtual cards, kind of mentally .It is the same as the one on the untouched prediction on the table or in Spectator's pocket ! 
No multiple outs,no I***x , hands off and impromptu .No props are needed except papers or beer mats or business cards,etc. that can be borrowed.
 

BONUS:

"A two-way out system with a business card or a billet."
Any effect where there are 2 outcomes ( YES/NO , HEADS/TAIL , TRUE/FALSE , WIN/FAIL, BLACK/RED , FIGURE CARD /NUMBER CARD, ON/OFF , etc......)
The Magician writes a prediction on a blank business card and folds it.The Magician holds it in full view in front of the Spectator.
The Spectator answers the question ( for instance : « Imagine a coin. Toss it in the air. On which side will it fall ? »).No matter what the answer is, the Magician will always be right when unfolding cleanly the business card.
